Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at CF Promenades St-Bruno location. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and employee performance evaluation.
- Coach and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales.
- Train and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Meet sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
- Support key initiatives and take a proactive approach to growing the business through community outreach.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with a proven track record of supervising, training, and coaching sales associates.
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
- Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
