Logistics Coordinator

FEI International Express Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipper-Receiver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Method of Shipment: Research and select the most efficient and cost-effective method of shipping goods to meet customer requirements.
- Schedule Distribution of Goods: Plan and coordinate the delivery of goods to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
- Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure they match customer orders and are in good condition.
- Maintain Record-Keeping: Accurately record and track inventory, shipments, and customer information to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
