Position Overview

As a Landscape Maintenance Technician at United Irrigation and Landscaping Inc., you will engage in various outdoor tasks focused on maintaining and enhancing green spaces. This is a temporary position that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Work Environment

The role involves working in an outdoor setting that may be noisy, dusty, and hot. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction and maintenance of landscapes.
  • Perform tasks such as weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Maintain lawns by cutting grass and laying sod or seed.
  • Plant various flora including bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Water and care for plants, lawns, and gardens.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
Equipment Proficiency

Experience with the following equipment is beneficial:

  • Chain saw
  • Small engine tools
  • Sod cutter
  • Tractor mower
  • Weed trimmer/edger
Safety and Security
