Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Financial Responsibilities

Manage budgets ranging from $1,500,001 to $4,000,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities of subcontractors
  • Evaluate and enhance daily operations
  • Organize and plan daily tasks
  • Select and hire trade subcontractors
  • Prepare and submit project budget estimates
  • Supervise subcontractor activities
  • Develop and monitor construction schedules and milestones
  • Negotiate contracts and manage revisions
  • Interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings
  • Oversee procurement of materials and land
  • Implement quality control measures
  • Generate reports on project progress
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Review and evaluate tenders for construction projects
  • Direct and evaluate daily operations
Supervisory Role

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including contractors.

Technical Skills

Proficient in:

  • Primavera
  • AutoCAD
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Project, MS Word
Experience Requirements

Experience in:

  • Project planning and implementation
  • Project coordination
Safety and Compliance

Must pass a criminal record check and a driver's validity license check. References are required.

Transportation Requirements

A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are necessary.
