Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure project efficiency and quality
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Select and manage trade subcontractors
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings
  • Plan and manage budgets, including direct and indirect costs
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise workers and projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and building codes
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes
  • Ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations
  • Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for construction projects
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Ability to work at heights and in a variety of weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
