About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Dolmen Construction. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Site Management and Supervision
    • Oversee daily site operations, including construction activities, quality control, and safety protocols
    • Supervise and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and laborers
    • Ensure timely completion of projects and meet client expectations
  • Financial Management
    • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting
    • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing
    • Monitor and control project expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
    • Identify and address any quality issues or concerns
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients, stakeholders, and management
    • Communicate effectively with project team members, including subcontractors and laborers
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project progress and issues
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project and Primavera
