Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at West Park Liquor Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring efficient and effective store operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring that our store is stocked with the right products to meet customer demand.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, reliable, team player
As a Liquor Store Supervisor at West Park Liquor Ltd., you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 sales workers and will be expected to work a 30-hour workweek.
