Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager, Sales to join our team at Quiznos. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our sales team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring a strong and capable team.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business or management.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
