About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst to join our team at BizLink. As an IT Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, test, and deploy system upgrades and new implementations.
  • Conduct thorough requirement analyses and prepare detailed project documentation.
  • Ensure systems are configured to meet business needs while maintaining data integrity and security.
  • Facilitate training sessions for end-users on new systems and features.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Analyst, preferably with ERP systems.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working with international teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in database management and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with data privacy standards and cybersecurity best practices.
