* Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and records

* Identify and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality
* Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
* Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure optimal equipment performance
* Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives
* Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations

**Requirements**

* College/CEGEP education
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in financial control or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

**Work Environment**

* 35 hours per week
* English language
