Financial Control Supervisor Job Description

Biznes Financial Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and policies, and implement measures to prevent financial irregularities.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in financial control or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language required.
