Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often involving multiple systems and software applications.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and user feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including software development and quality assurance, to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on technical procedures and best practices.
  • Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
