Job Title: Application Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their software applications run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer support problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our software applications and systems
  • Provide training and support to new team members
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer or technical support environment
  • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle
  • Good working experience with Unix/Linux
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
