Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Operations and Administration: Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
This is a permanent position that requires the ability to work under pressure and stand for extended periods. As a team player, you will be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
