Retail Store Manager

Petro-Canada is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration
- Order merchandise, manage inventory, and ensure efficient stock levels
- Establish work schedules, manage time-off requests, and maintain a positive work environment
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and stand for extended periods
- Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
