Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SUTTON PARK INN. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent service.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock is up-to-date and that orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Setting: Remote location
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods
