Position Overview

The Brant Hotel is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order in our guest accommodations and public areas. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish various types of flooring.
  • Furniture Maintenance: Dust and clean all furniture surfaces.
  • Textile Care: Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered items.
  • Bedding Management: Make beds and change linens as required.
  • Linen Organization: Stock and maintain the linen closet.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report any lost and found items.
  • Waste Management: Collect debris and empty trash containers regularly.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Facility Maintenance: Clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Customer Interaction: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
