Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Southfort Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and a high level of initiative and reliability.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
