Position Overview

The Brant Hotel is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a pristine appearance.
  • Furniture Maintenance: Dust and clean all furniture to ensure a tidy atmosphere.
  • Textile Care: Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to uphold cleanliness.
  • Bed Management: Make beds and change sheets regularly to provide fresh accommodations.
  • Linen Management: Stock and organize the linen closet for efficient access.
  • Fixture Cleaning: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items responsibly.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean environment.
  • Window and Wall Care: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as needed.
  • Changing Room Maintenance: Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Customer Interaction: Address customers' complaints or concerns with professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train is essential.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
