- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including management and end-users.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including development, operations, and security, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Project Management
- Lead and participate in infrastructure-related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure environments, including data centers and cloud services.
- Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
