Winter Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary**

As a Winter Operations Coordinator at Miller Paving AMC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the readiness and maintenance of our plow trucks. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and organizational skills to effectively manage the upkeep and maintenance of our fleet.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review and maintain plow truck readiness, including post-storm inspections and reporting
  • Collaborate with the head mechanic to identify and address repair needs
  • Train and shadow staff on ERU, Winter Patrolling, Paperwork, Plow Operation, and Duties
  • Liaise with the MTO to complete forms and reports, and schedule operator hours
  • Ensure all AMDCS systems are functioning properly at all times
  • Review operator performance and provide feedback to ensure compliance with MTO obligations

**Requirements**

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work in multiple yards and respond to call-ins
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
