Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our winter maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely operating a combo plow unit to perform snow removal on local roads and highways. Your attention to detail and ability to work in extreme weather conditions will be essential in ensuring the safety of our communities.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a combo plow unit to clear snow and ice from roads and highways
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment as required
  • Conduct accurate documentation of fuel reports, safety reports, and hours of service
  • Maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Respond to call-ins within thirty minutes during winter storm events

Requirements

  • AZ or DZ license with a clean driver's abstract required
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Previous experience in winter-works operations an asset
