The Water Treatment Solutions Consultant will focus on identifying, nurturing, and managing both existing and prospective accounts in the designated region. This role requires close collaboration with clients to develop tailored water treatment programs that meet their unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand existing accounts while establishing new relationships through strategic planning and organization of daily schedules.
- Drive all sales initiatives within the assigned territory, including lead generation, outreach, and appointment scheduling.
- Promote and sell maintenance services to both new and existing Chem-Aqua clients.
- Conduct hands-on servicing of accounts, which may involve chemical testing, calibration, and maintenance of chemical feed systems, as well as visual inspections when necessary.
- Organize service and sales calls, including comprehensive reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Identify and analyze new business opportunities, developing customized solutions to address client needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
- Experience in water treatment, environmental health, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience with a successful track record.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience collaborating across multiple locations.
- Mechanical aptitude is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be highly motivated and self-driven.
- Ability to perform physical tasks in environments involving HVAC, cooling towers, or boiler systems, with exposure to various conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
