OPERATIONS & VISUAL MERCHANDISING
- Business Analysis: Evaluate sales and product performance to uncover business opportunities for the store and market.

- Operational Management: Collaborate with corporate to ensure the timely execution of operational standards and maintain accountability for profitability.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in retail management or supervisory roles, focusing on customer relationship building.
- A passion for our products and a desire to educate others about them.
- Enthusiasm for driving sales and leading a team towards success.
- Strong operational skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Availability to meet the needs of the store.
- Must meet the legal age requirements and pass a background check.
- Certification as a Qualified Cannabis Worker and completion of provincial Cannsell Certification is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Additional Pay:
- Bonus opportunities

- Weekends as needed
