OPERATIONS & VISUAL MERCHANDISING

Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in retail management or supervisory roles, focusing on customer relationship building.
  2. A passion for our products and a desire to educate others about them.
  3. Enthusiasm for driving sales and leading a team towards success.
  4. Strong operational skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  5. Availability to meet the needs of the store.
  6. Must meet the legal age requirements and pass a background check.
  7. Certification as a Qualified Cannabis Worker and completion of provincial Cannsell Certification is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Additional Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
