Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Project Manager to join our team at Bouygues Energies & Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contractor Management: Manage trade contractors, including site meetings, RFI's, invoices, and document control.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Cost Management: Track and monitor project costs to ensure completion within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and manage stakeholder meetings and forums to solicit feedback and input.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit project reports and ensure compliance with FM Contract requirements.
Requirements
  • Trade Certification: Possession of a trade certification or Project Management Professional certification.
  • Experience: Proven experience in building services, facilities management, or project management within secure and healthcare facilities.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
