Bouygues Energies & Services is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all planning of a variety of Minor Works, capital and Lifecycle projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management: Prepare and analyze Tender Documents, Budgets, Estimates, Construction Schedules, and manage trade contractor site meetings, RFI's, invoices, and control document process.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the work of contractors and internal employees, develop work plans, respond to emergency situations, adapt work methods to address problems, estimate and requisition materials, and prepare project records and reports.
- Space Management: Co-ordinate and manage Space Management activities required by the client, provide operational support to site operational departments as and when required, and lead Energy and Sustainability initiatives as required.
- Project Monitoring and Control: Track, monitor, and report all project costs to ensure completion within budget, procure extra budget funding where necessary, and closely monitor the efforts and billing of third-party workers.
- Post-Project Review: Ensure that all Changes and Minor Works projects have been completed satisfactorily, conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations based on lessons learned.
- Trade Certification: Trade Certified and/or Project Management Professional Certification with ability to work independently and on their own initiative.
- Experience: Proven experience in building services, facilities management, or project management within secure and healthcare facilities (ideally 2 years +).
- Environment: Worked within a P3 environment.
