As a Customer Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will play a vital role in resolving customer disputes related to their accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the dispute process, ensuring fairness and transparency while protecting their financial interests.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries regarding disputed transactions.
  • Analyze transaction details and gather relevant information to assess the validity of customer claims.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, providing updates on the status of their disputes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex disputes and ensure timely resolution.
