Kitchen Manager

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled and experienced cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Our restaurant is located in an urban area, and we are easily accessible by public transportation. As a member of our team, you will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
