About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at JVS Business Services Inc. as a Temporary Bookkeeping Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger.
  • Process and reconcile transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank statements.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Working Conditions
  • Temporary work arrangement.
  • 20 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
