Varsity Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Varsity Facility Lead to join our team at NAIT. This is a temporary seasonal position that will play a key role in the operational management and supervision of our Athletic & Rec Facilities during the varsity season and varsity events.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Gymnasium and Arena
- Provide support to varsity sports teams, coaches, and student-athletes
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer service
- Collaborate with the Recreation Facilities Coordinator to ensure smooth facility operations
- Assist with maintenance and safety tasks as needed
- Grade 12 or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in facility management, preferably in a sport or recreational environment
- CPR Level C & AED Certifications
- Valid class 5 driver's license
- Safe Spaces or EDI training is an asset
$19.02– $24.74 per hour, plus 12% in lieu of statutory holidays and vacation pay. This position is covered by the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) Collective Agreement.
