Job Summary:
Lifemark is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Lifemark Berwick Physiotherapy. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current with best practices.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Registration in good standing with the Nova Scotia Physiotherapy Association.
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation clinical settings is an asset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
