About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Lifemark Valley Professional Centre. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
  • Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
  • Registered in good standing with the Nova Scotia Physiotherapy Association.
  • Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision.
