About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team at ALG Automotive Lounge Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Onboarding
    • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
    • Coordinate the completion of necessary paperwork and benefits enrollment.
  • HR Administration
    • Manage employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and performance evaluations.
    • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Payroll and Benefits
    • Process payroll and benefits administration, including salary, bonuses, and other compensation.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Employee Relations
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
