Lead IAM Solutions at Scotiabank

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for Identity and Access Management (IAM)? Do you have a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence in IAM solutions?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic IAM plans to drive business growth and security.
  • Lead a team of IAM solution architects and engineers to design and deliver best-in-class IAM solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM solutions meet business needs.
  • Assess and select IAM technologies and integration partners to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Manage IT design, development, and support teams to deliver high-quality IAM capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IAM, with a strong understanding of IAM technologies and protocols.
  • Proven experience in leading large IT teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive employee empowerment and engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of modern IAM protocols and frameworks, including SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines and tools, and strong knowledge of SDLC practices.
