Work Schedule
We offer flexible scheduling options:
- A part-time schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week, tailored to your availability.
- A full-time schedule of 35 or 40 hours per week.
Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 10:45 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.
Workplace
This position allows for teleworking in a hybrid format from one of our designated offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing and potential clients to assess their interest in discussing their insurance requirements with certified agents.
- Establish strong relationships with clients to facilitate a smooth transition to certified agents.
- Promote our products and services while serving as a dedicated brand ambassador.
- Participate in team projects and initiatives.
- Advocate for our digital tools and resources.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- No prior call center experience is necessary, but authorization to work in Canada is required.
