Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at Pluto Transport Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and software.
  • Research and implement solutions to technical problems using user guides, technical manuals, and other resources.
  • Offer advice and training to users to help them overcome technical difficulties.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and the Internet to users experiencing difficulties.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to users.
  • Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
