About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Pluto Transport Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Team Support: Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
