About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Pluto Transport Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing technical manuals, guides, and other resources as needed.
  • User Training: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our systems and services effectively.
  • Incident Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a log of technical issues and solutions for use by other support analysts.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to users, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
