Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Rock Truck Driver to join our team. As a Rock Truck Driver, you'll play a pivotal role in hauling materials to different locations on a project. Your duties will include:

  • Hauling materials in a 40T rock truck.
  • Loading and dumping materials.
  • Operating machine controls efficiently.
  • Performing routine equipment inspections to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Adhering to project specifications and guidelines to maintain quality standards.
  • Championing our safety culture by adhering to Morgan's Safe Work Procedures and PPE policies.
  • Demonstrating exceptional judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members and taking ownership of tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a 40T rock truck in heavy civil earthworks, construction, mining, or oilfield maintenance services industry.
Working Conditions
  • Embracing the elements by working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Handling noise and vibrations on the job.
  • Working up to 12 hours a day.
  • Working day or night shifts.
  • Working in remote areas with accommodation provided.
Benefits

Competitive compensation: $23.00-$29.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
