Mill Creek Sand & Gravel is a third generation, family-owned independent company focused on processing and manufacturing aggregates for the Western Canadian markets. **Our facility is located approximately 12 km north of Redwater or a 45-minute drive from north Edmonton.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Operates truck to destination
- Operates controls to tilt body and dump contents
- Inspects truck equipment which includes tires, brakes, lights, fuel, coolant, hydraulic fluids, exhaust system, cab filter system
- Inspects for any visual leaks or cracks in pre and post trip inspections
- Responsible for the care and condition of the truck while operating
- Monitoring loading operations and ensure load is safe
- Perform required basic maintenance on the truck
- Must ensure a solid understanding of, and comply with the principles of the company’s Code of Ethics
- Must examine situations in light of the principles of the Code of Ethics
- Other duties as assigned
**Education & Training**
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license and acceptable drivers’ abstract
**Experience**
- General knowledge of heavy-duty equipment operations is considered an asset
**Pre-Employment Screening**
- Drug and Alcohol testing
- Spirometry

- Mask Fit
- Criminal Record Check
- Clean/Acceptable Driver Abstract
**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
**Salary**: $25.88-$31.05 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
