Job Title: Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Wrought Iron Art. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
  • Fabricate or repair metal parts and products using previously set-up welding machines.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
