Welding Specialist

Trison Tarps Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and specifications.
Responsibilities:- Interpret welding process specifications and ensure that welds meet standards and specifications.
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes.
- Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
- Operate hoisting and lifting equipment.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years, or equivalent experience.
- Physical demands: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
- Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, and hardworking.
- Dusty.
- Noisy.
- Manufacture.
- Health care plan.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
