Tax Expert

CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated Tax Professional to help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. As a Tax Professional, you will provide expert guidance and explanations of tax and technical terms to our customers, helping them navigate the tax preparation process with confidence. Your excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional, friendly, and reassuring manner will be essential in delivering high-quality customer interactions and experiences. You will also be responsible for creating accurate tax calculations, utilizing government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. If you have an active unrestricted credential, such as an EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney, and 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual tax returns for clients/customers, using commercial tax preparation software, we encourage you to apply. Your working knowledge of tax laws and regulations, proficiency with technology, and strong customer service skills will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
