Job Title: Director of Finance and Corporate Services

London & Middlesex Community Housing (LMCH) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance and Corporate Services to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight to our financial portfolio and corporate services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to our finance and corporate services teams, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement funding strategies that support capital work, portfolio regeneration, and the Asset Management Plan (AMP).
  • Oversee the implementation of strategies and practices to drive continuous improvement and ensure the effective delivery of corporate services to support other departments and the overall functioning of the main office.
  • Represent LMCH in a professional manner and treat all work-related contacts with respect and courtesy.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Business Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in finance and administration, and corporate services management at a senior level, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a multicultural, unionized environment working with a diverse client/tenant group.
  • Proven track record of strategically developing and leading change initiatives.
  • Recent and relevant experience in the public/not-for-profit sector.
What We Offer:
  • Target salary range of $101,663.73 to $130,189.79 per annum.
