Job Title: Director of Finance and Corporate Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance and Corporate Services to join our team at Ontario Municipal Social Services Association. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our finance and corporate services functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the finance and corporate services teams, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement funding strategies and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, management, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in finance and corporate services.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Business Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in finance and administration, and corporate services management at a senior level.
  • Proven track record of strategically developing and leading change initiatives.
  • Recent and relevant experience in the public/not-for-profit sector.
What We Offer:
  • Target salary range of $101,663.73 to $130,189.79 per annum.
