Job Title: Executive Chef

OFF THE HOOK SURF TURF SMOKERY LTD is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new recipes, menus, and cooking techniques to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, chefs, and other kitchen workers, to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to meet customer demand and maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement menu changes, promotions, and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
