About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to join our team at Chacha G Construction Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, and perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Security and Safety: Perform safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our staff and visitors.
  • Heavy Lifting and Moving: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
