Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and scrub hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers regularly
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform safety and security checks to ensure a secure working environment
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
Requirements
  • Will train

Please note that this is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift heavy objects as needed.
