Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Maintenance Worker to join our team at Chacha G Construction Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, and perform safety and security checks.
  • Moving and Storage: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
