Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at Conexus Credit Union in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our branch team, you will provide exceptional member service and support, helping our members achieve their financial goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day banking services to members, including bill payments, deposits, and withdrawals
- Proactively identify and respond to members' needs to improve their financial well-being
- Learn and apply additional aspects of branch actions to support members
- Refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships
Requirements
- High School Diploma
Work Environment
As a part-time Financial Services Representative, you will work a variable schedule based on business needs, typically 2-3 full days per week (15-22.5 hours). Our branch is open Monday-Friday, and employees work from 8:30AM-5:00PM with a one-hour lunch break.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.28 with 6% Short Term Incentive Target, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including preferred rates for banking services, generous vacation benefits, and a competitive benefit package.
